• FREE - to everybody who lives in Horsham District, Crawley Borough, Mid Sussex, Adur Arun and Worthing.
• CONFIDENTIAL - the service adheres to strict rules of confidentiality.
• INDEPENDENT - we are not answerable to organisations such as the Council, Police or Housing Associations.
• IMPARTIAL - we do not take sides and treat all involved equally.
• STAFFED BY VOLUNTEERS - who live in the area and have been trained in mediation.

Referrals can be made to the Mediation Service by individuals, or by organisations such as the Local Authorities, Police, Solicitors, Doctors, Social Services, Housing Associations or the Citizens’ Advice Bureau.
